你好,我创建了一个新的csv文件从现有的数据, to create a new feature layer (needed to split particular category fields not aligned in original data set). This layer's review table was then selected as the source in a serial chart dashboard element (the layer itself has no data to show, as there is no location attributed to the data). Using the review table, the dashboard element is created without difficulty. However, any change to the csv file and subsequent updating in ArcGIS, is reflected in the csv file itself, but is NOT reflected in the associated dashboard element OR the review table associated with the feature layer (I did read in another post by @LeoWilliams that apparently review tables are not refreshed in dashboard elements...?) I have tried to append data to the feature layer (cannot be done without location details); also to create a new element using the updated csv to no avail. Editing is enabled for all layers and refresh time is set to 0.5 minutes. Hmmmm....What might I be missing? Thanks

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I have just moved items from a colleague's ArcGIS Online content folder to my own. I kept all files in the same folders. One moved file/folder is an active survey designed in Survey123 Connect. When I open this survey's files in Connect, I no longer have an xls form attached. AND the main survey icon is prompting me to refresh - but warns me "do I really want to download and overwrite?" - I'm worried about losing data and the survey content itself. I have checked the folderID in My Survey Designs> iteminfo file on my computer, and it matches the folder ID enclosing the survey content in ArcGIS online. I also no longer see the xls in My Survey Designs survey folder on my computer. Can I just upload the xls form into this folder again? And if so, what happens when I download and overwrite in Connect to refresh? Lastly, I am using a new MacBook Air and understand that services will no longer be updated for Connect. Could this be part of the issue? Thank you

Hi Sarah, In attachment viewer AND embedded storymap content, only jpegs are showing. Otherwise, videos are not displaying (but they are recognized as attachments: In attachment viewer, I have selected 'only show records with attachments' and video submissions are included in the list but with a - "no attachments available" window.) - When the Attachment Viewer app is embedded in StoryMaps videos are not playing and PDFs are unable to be opened? Videos are not displaying and say "no attachments available" . PDFs say "no attachments available" unless you open in the expanded, pop out view in new window, and then they display (on computer). On mobile device, when you click on the embedded card view and navigate to the pdf submission, an 'open' prompt is available, but this is not clickable, so no visibility afforded. Can you confirm that is correct? Also, would it be possible to share the Attachment Viewer app and StoryMap that you are seeing these behaviors with? Hello @JamesTedrick I am having a similar issue to individuals in this post. I have transferred ownership of a survey form in AGOL. Made edits to survey xls in Survey123 Connect. And now I get a perpetual spinning wheel when trying to publish. No error code. Log attached. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you Jen

Hello. I am having a similar issue. I am using survey 123 connect to collect surveys including attachments (file types as outlined in attachment viewer instant app); and then using the attachment viewer using the feature layer map associated with the survey to then... embed this in a storymap. In both the viewer and the storymap embed I am able to see jpg attachments, but not videos (MP4) (NB: all files are less than 10MB). When attachment view is set to only show submissions with attachments, video submissions are included (but with "no attachments available" screen, indicating they are recognized at some level. Also, pdfs only show in expanded embed view on storymap (browser). When in the survey connect app view, a screen prompts to 'open' pdf, but is not active to interact. Editing is enabled in feature layer. I've read through forums earlier in 2021 suggesting issues as well. Have these been resolved? Desperately seeking a prompt work around, or help where I may be missing something in setup! Your help is appreciated. Thank you. Jen

@OwenGeo Thank you for your reply. As indicated, I am using the attachment viewer you recommended, in the stead of map tour. Jpgs are viewable. PDFs are viewable only in expanded embed window view (however 'open' prompt in mobile device app does not work at all), and videos display "attachment not available", yet when attachment viewer is set to show only submissions with an attachment, video "no attachment available" is still shown, this recognizing on some.level that there is an attachment. Looking for work arounds, please.
