Related to the same function, the 'Copy sent data to a new survey' appears to carry over the x,y location as well. Is that intentional or known limitation of the function. Points are thus stacked on top of another vs a new location being recorded.

我有一个调查几个形象的问题。一曲estion relies on a preloaded base image to draw on and another question annotates a photo taken within the Survey123 mobile application. The Survey was designed in Connect v3.14.274. Is it possible to open a previously sent survey, open and edit a drawn on or annotated image, and resubmit? I am able to do the above steps, and the survey resends, but does not update the image in the database. Yet it updates the image on the device. I tried on my own survey and also tried with the existing 'image and annotation' form sample in Connect, with no luck. Example of originally drawn and submitted image from mobile app. Sent Survey Re-opened and edited on mobile device and synced successfully, but is not updated in database (Confirmed by looking at feature layer directly in Pro and the Survey123 data site). Is this workflow even possible?

I am trying to generate an automated email using Power Automate for when a Survey123 form response is made based on a certain answer from a question. In testing, I have been able to do this on various forms and generate the email successfully. The form I do need to accomplish this on, the dynamic content does not populate in order to create the necessary condition. I can delete portions of the form and then the dynamic content will populate, but there is no rhyme or reason to the logic. That is, I can delete one a section of the form and it will work, but I can keep that same section and then take out a totally different section and then it will still work. Is there a form length threshold. My form is around 200 fields and 400+ lines of syntax. Any thoughts?

Thank you! That was the missing tip that had me confirm that the field crew had downloaded the linked map. Once downloading the linked mmpk they could work offline and collect polygons. Thank you!

For a form designed within Survey123 Connect, field users are not able to collect / map a polygon for a geoshape question. Survey works fine for field folks on iOS devices, but not on Android devices (Juniper Systems CT8 and Samsung Galaxy Active2). The initial polygon icon has a cross through it and does not open up on the Android devices. I have also tested to see if defining capture methods to vertex or sketch. This did not fix the problem either. Any thoughts or known issues? S123 Connect version 3.12.232 Attached is a simple test survey used to troubleshoot.

Solution - removed spaces for select_one choice name in form, which fixed the issue (i.e., Pond B vs Pond_B). Space did not effect data collection in field app just when embedding into dashboard.

我有一个Survey123形式嵌入到一个Dashboard so the project team can review and sign-off on the data collected by the field inspectors. There are a total of 16 inspection features across 8 ponds to be inspected. Each of the 16 inspection features has a list of questions and are organized as groups. Seven of the 16 inspection features are universal to all 8 ponds. The remaining 9 inspection feature groups are dependent on what zone is inspected and have a relevant function specified (e.g., selected($dam}). Thus, when a field inspector selects the pond to be inspected at the beginning of the form, they only see the relevant inspection features for that pond and not all 16. The problem: in the dashboard when the form is embedded, only the 7 universal inspection features show up and not any of the inspection features that have a relevant statement. S123 was created and published through Survey123 Connect, version 3.11.123. What I have done to trouble shoot with no solution thus far. 1. Tested Dashboard vs Dashboard Beta 2. Created a simplified form with same basic logic (embedded form works just fine, just like on tablet and as designed with relevant statement and even repeats built in). 3. Deleted the existing relevant functions for each group in the form = shows up correctly in embedded element in dashboard, but obviously no longer being filtered by pond relevancy. Any idea what is going on? This is an essential workflow for both field inspector and data reviewer. Procedure in embedding form does not appear to be the issue but I did use the following links for reference. Again, seems to be isolated to the relevant statement. Problem solved. The issue was being part of a large organization. The Survey123 Connect search option seemed to only go through the P's in the alphabet before timing out. I changed my feature layer that started with a T to an A and then I was able to find it. It does not seem like there is anyway to filter only on the content I own in the search dialogue.

I am trying to create a new survey123 form (in Connect v3.11.123) based on an existing feature service. The feature service is published to ArcGIS Online and shared to a specific group. When going to 'new survey' > 'feature service' option and searching, I can't seem to find the feature service (or any of my content) to select from. I do see a bunch of content from other users in my organization. In survey123 connect, I am logged into my arcgis online. Also, I have ensured that "supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIds" : true, Thoughts? Does the content need to be public?

Hi @Jim-Moore - Thanks for your response. I figured out the glitch on my end. I had already went down the road of converting to text in excel and then saving to .csv. The root of the issue turns out that I then would open the .csv in excel, which would remove the trailing zeroes that I wanted to keep (e.g., 0.00 changed to 0.0 and 0.10 changed to 0.1). As long as I don't open the .csv file again in excel, it works as intended. Any additional qa/qc checks will be made via a text editor. Thanks again! Cory

Hi: I have a survey123 form where I am trying to perform a pulldata calculation. A .csv file was uploaded to the survey's media file. The pulldata syntax is in the calculate column of the field survey. I want the field person to enter a depth value (feet) and then have the following question populated with the corresponding gpm value from the media .csv file. It looks like pulldata doesn't work nicely when the lookup values have decimals? In troubleshooting, I changed the decimal values to integers and the function works. Thus, my syntax is correct, but leads me back to the decimal issue. Is there any way to get around this? I tried converting to text but my 0.00 value becomes 0 in the lookup and my 0.10 value becomes 0.1. I would like to have all lookup values be honored to two decimal places. Below is my media table.
