1. GAMEPAD is a place of honor, where victors exhibit more than just skill, where prestige is won outside of victory, and where integrity shapes a true champion.

2. GAMEPAD warriors will treat opponents with respect as they engage one another in the brotherhood (and sisterhood) of combat.

3. Winning and losing graciously will earn respect from your enemies and spectators.

4. Helping those who are less skilled or knowledgeable in battle will bring you and your family honor.

5. Preventing yourself and others from taking what is not yours or theirs will give you integrity, and earn you the trust of others.

6. Standing up for those who are unjustly treated will give you more comrades and a stronger spirit.

7. No Profanity – Using obscene or abusive language is a sign of a weak vocabulary and character.

8. Games requested outside of your age-defined ESRB rating must be first approved by a parent or guardian. Be aware there are some games that GAMEPAD does not allow.

9. GAMEPAD reserves the right to alter your gaming experience (i.e. volume) for the benefit of those around you.

10. No outside food or beverages – Special accommodations may be made for children unable to leave premises.

11. Throw away your trash – your mother is not here to pick up after you, and if she were, we wouldn’t let her.

12. If you spill something let us know immediately – We won’t yell at you, we just need to clean it up.

13. No smoking or handling tobacco products – You do not earn commendations for killing yourself.

14. All property such as book bags and other containers may be inspected by management.

15. All entry and exit from GAMEPAD will be made through the mall entrance. All other doors and secret passageways are off limits.

16. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs permitted.

17. GAMEPAD reserves the right to remove any player without refund for any activity deemed unacceptable by management such as aggressive or abusive behavior to other players, excessive noise, sexual harassment or behavior.

18. We at GAMEPAD strive to maintain a secure, family-friendly environment, and we will do everything in our power to ensure your experience is a positive one. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for: words or actions of fellow patrons, the conduct of players encountered online, or the security of personal property brought on site.

19. All rules for Spotsylvania Towne Centre apply and supersede the above.
